Shipping Policy:
At checkout, you will see delivery/shipping options to your UK address, with prices adjusting according to your postcode selections. Please contact us at sales@pawprintspetstores.co.uk for more information about our shipping courier and tracking.
If you select Next Day Tracked Shipping, please note our cut-off time is 12 noon. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched the following working day, with delivery arriving one working day later.
Returns Policy:
- 30 days for any unused products returned with proof of purchase and all original packaging.
- This does not include faulty products – the customer should contact us as they may need to refer to the Manufacturer’s warranty.
Refunds Policy:
- Please contact us at sales@pawprintspetstores.co.uk regarding any damaged items.
- Refunds for returned items will be processed once the returned products are received and inspected.
Faulty Products:
- For faulty products, please contact us at sales@pawprintspetstores.co.uk. The issue may need to be referred to the Manufacturer’s warranty.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@pawprintspetstores.co.uk where we will help you with your product.
