This service is ideal for puppies 6 months and under to introduce them to the grooming process! Please note this service does not include a full coat haircut.

Hand stripping is available for wire haired breeds and is done using specialist tools to remove the long topcoat from your dog, allowing for the new coat to grow.
Hand scissoring if available for many other breeds. Instead of using clippers we only use scissors to fully cut your dog's coat.
Also includes a warm water bath, blow dry, coat brush out, nail clipping, ear clean, sanitary care, fragrance spritz
Nail clipping: If you would like your dogs, cats, or small animals nails clipped feel free to pop in at any time for a quick nail trim for only £10
Suitable for long and short coated breeds. Includes a full coat brush out, removal of dead hair and small matts, nail clipping and ear cleaning.
We use shampoos specifically made to be gentle on your cat's skin. Most cats are able to keep themselves clean, however, if your cat struggles with this our warm water baths can be a good way to help your cat stay clean. We also offer a dry shampoo option.
If you have a long haired cat whose coat is matted, a full lion clip may be needed. This will take the coat very short but is the safest way to remove the matted coat and to let it regrow. If your cat just needs a bit of length taken off to help with keeping knots at bay then we can also accommodate this!
Can be added onto any of our grooming services! All spa treatments are £3 each or all 3 for £7!
Keeping your furry friends' teeth clean is crucial for their overall health! Regular dental care helps prevent problems such as plaque build up, bad breath and tooth decay. We use a toothbrush, doggy safe toothpaste and fresh breath spray to help keep your pups smile in check!
Pamper your pooch’s nose and paws with some TLC. Keep their sniffer and paw pads moisturised and protected with a nourishing balm! Our soft balm can help with dryness and irritation to keep your dogs noses and paws soft!
Treat your pup to a luxurious blueberry facial! Our blueberry facial cleanser helps to effectively cleanse whilst removing dirt, beard and tear stains. A gentle ‘tearless’ formula that can be used on the face and will not sting their eyes!

You can! We advise for you to leave your pet with us and wait for us to call you when they are ready to be collected
When your pet is finished with their groom we put their collars and leads back on and stay with them in the groom room with all doors closed until you come to collect them. Cats will be placed back in their carriers until you come to collect them
We can! If you have your own medicated or sensitive shampoo you would like them to be bathed in please do bring it along with your dog! We also have sensitive shampoos in the groom room we can use on your pet
Most cats are good at keeping themselves clean. However, if your cat gets knotty, matted or is shedding a lot we can help to get the dead hair or matting out! If your cat struggles to clean themselves and gets quite smelly we also offer a warm water bathing service.
Our groomers have had lots of experience with nervous dogs that don’t like to be groomed. Please let us know if your dog doesn’t like to be groomed and we will go slow with them and do our best to keep them calm. Your pets safety is our top priority so if we feel it has become unsafe to groom them, we won’t push them and will ask for you to collect your pet. We want your pet to be able to trust us, so we treat them like our own!
Appointment times do vary depending on your pets breed, coat condition, temperament and styling requests. We will give you an approximate time of how long the groom will take when you drop your pet off. But we do recommend waiting for a call from us to let you know as soon as your pet is ready to be collected
We recommend that you leave your pet with us during their groom. Most pets do tend to get more stressed or become more difficult to groom when they can see their owner as they just want to come and see you! We have a viewing window if you would like to watch them. However, as we are using sharp equipment during your pet’s groom so we do ask that you try to keep out of your dogs view and don’t call for them and this can distract them!
